[Rock and Roll ...in the house... Written By Heather]

Rock 'N'Roll Music
Hi everyone!  Heather here, from …this & that… I’m guest blogging for Christianna as she gallivants around Europe.  I’m thinking good thoughts for her and I’m sure she is enjoying every single moment.

Each of us has an individual taste in music.  Each of us has an era we hold near and dear to our heart, right??  For me it has to be the 80’s and 90’s.  Absolutely!

I’m definitely into hair bands.  Poison being my all-time absolutely favorite band, period.  I am that person that launches into full air-guitar when listening to their favorite song…  A-hem, I do this every single time I hear Looked What the Cat Dragged In by none other than Poison – it is one of my favorites.

I thought it would be fun to share my play list and must-have road trip songs.

So, let’s get down to the nitty gritty…my play list.  I have quite a mixture and it definitely depends on my mood.  However, it’s important to get the heartbeat up and to get rockin’.  So, without further ado…my play list.  My top 23 songs in no particular order are:

  1. Take Me on by A-ha
  2. Whip It by Devo
  3. Looked What the Cat Dragged In by Poison
  4. Tainted Love by Soft Cell
  5. Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5
  6. Any Way You Want it by Journey
  7. I Kissed a Girl by Katy Perry
  8. Devil Inside by INXS
  9. Use Somebody by Kings of Leon
  10. She Bangs by Ricky Martin
  11. Dave Matthews Band – Crash – Song 7
  12. I Want You to Want Me by Cheap Trick
  13. Sex on Fire by Kings of Leon
  14. Rebel Yell by Billy Idol
  15. Dr. Feelgood by Motley Crue
  16. Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson
  17. Womanizer by Brittany Spears
  18. Sexyback by Justin Timberlake
  19. Rumor Has It by Adele
  20. Under Pressure by David Bowie & Queen
  21. It’s Raining Men – The Weather Girls
  22. Incredible by Madonna
  23. Are You Gonna Go My Way by Lenny Kravitz

So, what does your play list look like?  And what are your absolute, must-have songs that positively cannot be left out?  I’m looking forward to hearing your faves’ because I’m always for new music to add to my play list.

As you ponder your must-have favorite tunes I’m leaving you with my all time favorite music video, Take On Me by A-ha

Have a wonderful day!

Heather from …this & that… signing off.
